Prior to becoming a parent, Jayna was the Assistant Center Director at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University at Ft. Lewis and McChord AFB campuses, where she enjoyed academic counseling and designing their first website.

Jayna is currently cultivating the calling of her four uniquely gifted children by using the Cultivate Your Calling process outlined on this website.
